Return window

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Return condition

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging where possible. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned outside the eligible return period may not qualify for a return or refund.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@lunayas.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Do not send items back before contacting support and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent due to an error on our side.

Non-returnable items

Used or damaged items, items without original packaging, items returned outside the return window, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless required by law.

Refund timing after approved return

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and are typically received within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
