Return eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging where possible.

Restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Return process

To start a return, contact us at info@lunayas.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Please do not send items back before contacting support and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent due to an error on our side.

Non-returnable items

Used or damaged items, items without original packaging, items returned outside the eligible return period, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help with the next step.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
